Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in both the front and back of house. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on outstanding food quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. From managing restaurant inventory and maintaining financial records to fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and motivate the team to provide superior guest service.
  • Manage all restaurant operations, including equipment start-up/shut-down and inventory control.
  • Oversee financial processes, including basic accounting tasks and cost management.
  • Promote a safe, productive work environment centered on collaboration and growth.
  • Proactively handle conflicts and ensure a smooth-running front of house.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience.
  • Proven expertise in fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to control costs, including food, labor, and beverage expenses.
  • Strong understanding of basic math and accounting principles.
