Our client, industry leader in manufacturing and maintenance services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician (Night Shift), you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations of the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Location: High Point, NC

Pay Range: $28

Shift: Night shift (02:00-07:00)

What's the Job?

  • Maintain machinery and equipment in operating condition according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Operate primary plant equipment such as chillers, dryers, compressors, and HVAC systems.
  • Disassemble mechanical devices for repairs and reassemble them using various tools and fixtures.
  • Follow safety and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
What's Needed?
  • Preferably a completed preparatory education or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical fields.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related fields.
  • Basic skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, including experience with air compressors, HVAC, and chillers.
  • Good knowledge of work tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and ammeters.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
