Mr.handyman of Louisville is looking for Skilled Service Technicians to do small to medium projects at Residential and Commercial properties. Applicants must be presentable, reliable, and able to work independently to meet timelines while producing quality results.

Expectations are but not limited to:

  • Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
  • Communicate with customers and office about scope of work, cost estimates and acquiring additional work
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Compensation included but not limited to:
  • biweekly pay
  • Competitive pay and bonus eligible
  • Company vehicle with fuel, maintenance and Auto insurance paid in full
  • paid vacation after 1 year
  • 6 paid holidays
Requirements:
  • a valid Driver's license
  • able to work in the US
  • Skilled tradesman with 5+ years of experience in home maintenance, repair and remodeling
  • Your own tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pass background check & drug test
  • Clean driving record
  • Go up and down a ladder
  • lift approximately 50lbs
  • pull a trailer as needed
Ideal Skills would include but not limited to:
  • Tile
  • Drywall/Plaster repair
  • siding, soffit, fascia repair
  • window replacement
  • deck repair/building
  • touch up painting
  • assembly
  • carpentry
  • minor brick work/tuckpoint
  • pouring concrete
  • Fence repair
  • Framing & door adjustments/installs
  • Lite Electrical
  • gutter cleaning/repair
  • general handyman repairs

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Mr. Handyman is looking to partner with Skilled Service Technicians. You can earn a comfortable living helping homeowners with small to medium repairs, remodeling and home improvement projects. We are a local General Contractor with a focus on "smaller" projects in the size range of a few hours to a few days. We provide a company van, incentive / bonus programs as well as a professional environment while empowering our team to grow and prosper.
