Selenium Automation Engineer Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases following Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and enhance automation scripts for web services, REST services, and mobile applications.
  • Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality test automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing with a focus on Selenium.
  • Proven expertise in maintaining and updating Selenium WebDriver scripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective automation strategies.
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in API testing tools like SOAPUI/Ready API for automation.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.).
  • Experience in performance testing and load testing.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
