Job Summary:

Client (SWBC) is seeking a hands-on Sr. AWS DevOps Engineer to support customer-facing platforms with a focus on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage AWS infrastructure including Lambda, EKS, and related services
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Own and implement automation technologies for cloud deployment and operations
  • Design cloud monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation systems
  • Collaborate with software engineering and business teams
  • Define and enforce DevOps best practices, policies, and compliance standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Support a growing microservices architecture with high availability and recoverability
  • Monitor SLA risks and site reliability
  • Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure design and DevOps automation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • AWS certifications: Solutions Architect, Developer
  • 3+ years AWS infrastructure management
  • 5+ years DevOps engineering experience
  • 3+ years working with Terraform or CloudFormation
  • 3+ years Azure DevOps CI/CD
  • Strong programming background (Python, C#, or .NET preferred)
  • Experience with Docker, EKS, microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk)
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level environments
  • Understanding of cloud security fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
