Account Clerk Job Location: Rancho Cordova, California Job Type: Temporary Pay Rate: $23-$23.55/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm Description of Position: Do you have experience as an Account Clerk? Our client is seeking a reliable and dependable candidate to assist with a temporary assignment at a government agency. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable public sector experience while supporting an established team. Job Responsibilities: Open, organize, identify, and batch checks received in the mail Post batched checks to identified files for payment processing Assist team with routine administrative and clerical tasks as needed Meet daily production expectations (approximately 300 checks per day once trained) Description of Company: You will be supporting a government agency in a city in Sacramento County.
