Location: - San Francisco CA 94105

Duration: - 6+ months

Qualifications:

  • For this position, we are seeking an individual with exceptional Business Intelligence (BI) and BOBJ admin skills, as well as strong BI & BOBJ performance tuning skills.
  • The applicant should have a vast background in a number of SAP products, and be familiar with SAP best practices.
  • We are seeking someone with strong SAP technical & analytical skills, strong communication skills, and strong work ethic.
  • The successful candidate should have the ability to manage deadlines, deal with unforeseen problems, react quickly and decisively under pressure.
  • We seek an individual with the ability to work hours required (often evenings and weekends, especially when problems occur) to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide installation, configuration, integration, upgrade, & testing services for new projects & on-going maintenance for SAP environments on IBM AIX servers running with an Oracle database.
  • Provide expert level SAP Basis support, Oracle database admin & tuning, as well as hardware & software diagnostics.
  • Manage & implement system patches, fixes, & support pack upgrades.
  • Analyze, diagnose, & resolve computing problems involving any installed SAP product (ECC, BI, EP, SRM, CCM, PI, SCM, gATP, e-Recruit, & Solution Manager) system hardware, third party software (e.g. OpenText, Click, etc.) & operating system software.
  • Provide performance tuning, problem analysis & system administration for Oracle databases & SAP instances.
  • Responsible for ensuring the continued update of necessary systems support documentation & following documented procedures. Provide 24x7 on-call support and flexibility to provide after hour and week
