Ariba System Support:
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain system configurations, user roles, and permissions.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Project Management:
  • Lead and manage procurement-related projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and new module implementations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, finance, IT, and other departments to understand business needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes or tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba and project management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems integration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Power Suite expertise (back-end build of PowerBI, PowerApps, etc.)
