This role will involve the creation of detailed project schedules and budgets, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and driving projects to successful completion. Responsibilities: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): • Ensure all project activities are conducted following established SOPs to maintain quality and compliance. • Regularly review and update SOPs as necessary, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Project Scheduling: • Develop comprehensive project schedules that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines. • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to the project timeline. Budget Management: • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently. • Provide regular budget updates and reports to stakeholders, identifying any variances and proposing corrective actions. • Conduct cost analysis and forecasting to ensure the project remains within budget. Team Collaboration: • Foster a collaborative environment among project team members, facilitating communication and problem-solving. • Hold regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment across the team. Stakeholder Communication: • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and any necessary action items. • Prepare and present project reports, ensuring transparency and engagement from all parties involved. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing projects successfully. • Proficiency in project management software, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam. • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly

Compensation:
$70,000-$100,000 per year
