Compass Career Solutions is expanding our peer team and seeking Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPA) and Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) to support clients throughout Brooklyn and Queens. Offering flexible scheduling, meaningful client engagement, and steady cases in familiar communities.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid CRPA or CPS certification
  • Experience providing peer support preferred
  • Reliable transportation or ability to travel within Brooklyn/Queens
