Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Perform accurate data entry and updates within our warehouse management systems.
- Prepare and manage necessary shipping documents and labeling.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with carriers and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to warehouse staff as needed to enhance workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or administrative capacity is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to promote teamwork and efficiency.
