BlueHalo, an AV Company, is seeking a System Administrator to manage and support mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role involves day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across Windows and UNIX systems. You'll work directly with both hardware and software systems in a dynamic, multi-platform environment.

You like to do this:

  • Provide Tier I and II IT support and problem resolution.
  • Manage client/server/storage/network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage RedHat Linux and Windows systems.
  • Support vulnerability management using Nessus.
  • Handle STE/STN scoring and documentation.
  • Maintain POA&Ms and patch systems based on security and functional parameters.
  • Collaborate with hardware vendors on system specs and refreshes.
  • Analyze escalated issues and provide actionable feedback.

You are required to have this:

  • 15 years of system administration experience (or 10 years experience with a technical degree).
  • Strong RedHat Linux and Windows (2012/2016/2019) troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Nessus, POA&Ms, and STE/STN initiatives.
  • Experience configuring UNIX and Windows environments.
  • an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with virtual environments and system capacity planning.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000

The BlueHalo, an AV Company, pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
