Nursing Supervisor

Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented RN Supervisor to join our team

This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced home care environment and is ready to take on a leadership role with autonomy, purpose and impact. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Full-Time / Field-Based (75%-85%)

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually, based on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will:

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Provide direct oversight and support to a team of Registered Nurses (2-4 direct reports)
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Coach, Mentor, and Train nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and patient-centered care
• Review documentation and ensure timely submission of accurate clinical records
• Act as a liaison between staff, clients, families and external partners to ensure continuity of care

You will have:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Home care or Community Nursing experience preferred
• Proven Leadership or Supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, time management, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and comfort navigating the State of Maryland
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
