Responsibilities
  • Shift leadership: lead shifts each week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonalds standards.
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth shift handoff.
  • May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned Departments reach goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

  • Competitive pay with starting range $14 - $15 per hour, depending on availability.
