At Healthkeeperz, our mission is simple yet powerful: Caring for all people for the glory of God. We're looking for a Healthcare Community Liaison to expand access to care across our continuum of services-Hospice, Home Medical Equipment (HME), and Case Management Programs.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and community organizations.
  • Represent Healthkeeperz at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that educate and inspire community partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Track outreach activity and referral growth using our CRM system.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (Hospice or HME preferred).
  • Confident communicator and public speaker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license required.
