Overview

Provides expert-level business process guidance on Navy ERP’s SAP requirements and design. Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments. Designs and configures business processes in SAP SD to meet customer requirements, with deep experience in defense and federal environments.

Requirements

  • Analyzed, configured, and optimized SAP SD to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to understand Sales & Distribution (S&D) processes.
  • Implemented system enhancements to improve order-to-cash and reimbursement processes.
  • Ensured seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO/FM/PS).
  • Provided leadership and guidance to large functional and technical teams on federal ERP projects.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of SAP experience across full lifecycle implementations.
  • Subject Matter Expert in SAP SD module design/configuration.
  • Ability to translate business processes and requirements into effective SAP system solutions.
  • Demonstrated success applying functional and technical expertise to improve business performance.
  • Strong background in resolving functional and integration issues across SAP modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in [Your Degree/Field] (or additional 4 years of SAP experience in lieu of degree).
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Federal project experience with SAP solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with DoD and Navy ERP systems.
  • Familiar with Navy/DoD IT architectures.
  • Skilled in post go-live production support and break/fix resolution.
  • Strong customer service and responsiveness, with proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Full SDLC experience: requirements gathering, analysis, testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
  • Expertise in SAP SD reimbursement processes.
  • Deep understanding of SD integration points with FI/CO/FM/PS modules and other SAP components.
