NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - wont officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. OT needed for 13 week assignment.
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
Licenses: OT-CA(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
