A day in the life.
As a Client Manager on our Private Client Services team, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing an existing portfolio of personal lines clients. Your responsibilities will include marketing, placing, and renewing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position places a strong focus on risk management, where you will identify client exposures, provide expert advice, and recommend tailored solutions to help clients effectively mitigate and manage their risks.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of personal insurance industry (carrier, agency) laws, products, coverage, and markets.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance company markets and conditions, binding authority, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
- Ability to proactively manage book of business and develop healthy relationships to retain accounts.
- Ability to negotiate quotations with underwriters and evaluate clients needs.
- Self?starter; problem solver with good time?management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.

Salary and CompensationThe applicable base salary range for this role is $53,400 to $99,400. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance?based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and other retirement programs.
