Senior Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing projects, including control systems and e-House customer orders. This role is critical in ensuring project success through effective leadership, planning, and execution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities - Validate project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms, acting as the lead point of contact during project execution.
- Oversee manufacturing and assembly operations for complex machinery and equipment.
- Develop project schedules, risk registers, and manage coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Lead project execution through kickoff meetings, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive risk and change management processes to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Manage project closeout, including financial reconciliation, equipment installation, and training support.
- Train and mentor junior Project Managers to enhance team capabilities and success.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelors degree required, with a preference for Engineering.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems integration or HVAC.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
