HR Benefits Coordinator - Benton Harbor, MI Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 | Schedule: Full Onsite Overview: Seeking an experienced HR Benefits Coordinator to manage and administer employee benefits programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who can take full ownership of benefits administration and provide exceptional employee support. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage all employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate information Coordinate annual open enrollment, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution Maintain benefits data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records Collaborate with insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to resolve benefits-related issues Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and ensure accurate deductions and payments Support new hire onboarding and benefits orientation processes Prepare benefits-related reports and assist with compliance requirements, including ACA and COBRA Partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure proper benefits integration and administration Recommend process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of HR operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on benefits administration Strong understanding of benefits processes, compliance requirements, and HR best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience required Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality Self-starter who takes ownership of processes and delivers results with accuracy and professionalism LI-ONSITE LI-SH1 INNOV2025 HR humanresources benefits Click here to apply online
