Join a cutting-edge beverage manufacturing facility in Concord, NC, where your skills will directly impact the success of high-speed operations producing premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our advanced production systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and repairing high-speed fillers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and water filtration systems.
- Leading preventative maintenance efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems-including 3-phase and 480v motors.
- Supporting production line changeovers and equipment installations.
- Training operators and junior technicians on equipment use and maintenance.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs.
- Keeping maintenance areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong skills in electrical systems, mechanical repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
A personal set of tools suitable for industrial maintenance tasks.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate the facility safely.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software for documentation.
Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Concord, NC.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NC.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
