Dental Assistant West Coast Dental Services

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support our team in providing high-quality dental and orthodontic care across Southern California.

Pay Range

Base pay: $19.00/hr $23.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Provide general, specialty and orthodontic support in all offices.
  • Assist with patient interaction to promote trust and a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the entire office teamdentists, receptionists, RDAs, X-ray techs, and sterilization clerksto optimize patient care.
  • Learn and explain dental plan coverage (PPO, HMO, etc.) to patients.
  • Proactively address patient concerns and provide comfort regarding treatments.
  • Follow strict OSHA and infection-control procedures for sterilization and equipment.
Qualifications & Training
  • Passionate about helping others with a cheerful and personable demeanor.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn, grow, and advance.
  • Full-time availability.
  • We will assist you in earning California dental certificates and licenses.
  • Adherence to OSHA and other safety regulations is mandatory.
Learning & Development

We provide hands-on training, mentoring, and support to help you become an excellent Dental Assistant, including company-sponsored CE courses and regular chart reviews.
