Description: An Opportunity to Join our Remarkable Care as a RN awaits YOU. Trinity Health Livonia is a 304-bed acute care hospital located in Livonia, MI, offering a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of services.
Summary: The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include coordination and evaluation of care, teaching and delegation of patient activities to other health care team members via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment.
Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate patient care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs.
- Coordinate and evaluate care, including teaching and delegation to other health care team members.
- Utilize therapeutic communication and the nursing process to support patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree in Nursing required. BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Previous medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills required.
