Accounts Payable Support Analyst

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a AP Support Analyst to join their Accounting and AP team. As an AP Support Analyst, they will be primarily responsible for automation of the AP system within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting the AP cycle start to finish.
This includes performing root cause analysis and resolution within the automated system to keep AP transactions moving smoothly. This role is heavily involved with supporting their AP automation system. This could include system upgrades, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting, integrations, and monitoring/reporting on the performance and availability of the AP system. As transactions get stuck, this person would be responsible for manually pushing transactions through. This role may include creating and maintaining user manuals to ensure users are kept up to date on the most effective utilization of the system as it evolves to meet business needs.

Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 related to Accounts Payable systems
Background in Business, Finance, or Accounting
3+ years of experience providing technical support, and troubleshooting an automated AP system in SAP, Oracle, Concur, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent
Strong knowledge of AP processes, policies, and procedures start to finish
Advanced Excel skills performing Vlookups and Pivot Tables
