Non-Clinical Patient Navigator - Oncology

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and resourceful Non-Clinical Patient Navigator to join our oncology team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, their families, physicians, and community resourcesensuring no one faces cancer alone.

  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Internet research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Molecular Testing: Ensure proper testing for clinical trial referrals.
  • Clinical Trial Navigation: Assist patients in finding and enrolling in relevant trials.
  • Patient Education: Explain clinical trial benefits and logistics.
  • Collaboration: Work with the GI physician team for coordinated care.
  • Data Collection: Report on patient enrollment and outcomes for research.

Work Location

Sibley Memorial Hospital - on-site and remote availability.

Client Interaction

Direct contact with patients to facilitate timely access to clinical trials.

Salary Range: Minimum $22.41/hour - Maximum $36.98/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
