As a Frontier Sales Associate, you'll be the key point of contact, assessing eligibility, processing orders accurately, and fostering trust-based relationships with customers who are ready to explore our recommended products and services. Our goal is to consistently exceed expectations by delivering service that leaves every customer feeling valued and understood. We extend the same care and attention to our team members, offering professional and personal support to help them grow and succeed within our organization.

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for building a long-term career as a Frontier Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities of a Frontier Sales Associate:
  • Understand each residential customer's unique needs and tailor solutions that highlight the benefits of our products and services through the sales and enrollment process.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to inform recommendations for products or services to management.
  • Complete all customer sales through the pos system and assist in scheduling installations and upgrade deliveries.
  • Foster customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building with customers and other Frontier Sales Associates, and in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
  • Use available tools and strategies to proactively address customer needs, aiming for a seamless resolution on the first contact.
  • Meet and surpass sales performance metrics set by Senior Management, including customer satisfaction, sales results, quality standards, compliance, and productivity.
Qualifications We Seek for our Ideal Frontier Sales Associate:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or active pursuit preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in customer service and consultative sales roles.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the Sales Communications team to meet shared goals.
  • Genuine passion for connecting with people and building authentic relationships.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced (and fun) environment.
  • Dependable and able to commit to full-time, flexible hours.
  • Intuitive, mindful, and grounded with a desire to keep learning.

This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
