Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, you will provide proactive technical support, business solution implementation, and risk management to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will create and contribute to automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
• Creation and management of business solutions using Oracle technology
• Operations surrounding Oracle technology
• Oracle services to achieve high service levels
• Setting technology direction for key areas
• Building internal expertise and leveraging knowledge within the Customer Success Services organization
• Resolving complex problems and escalations
• Consultation to senior technical advisors on projects

Key Experience:

• 12+ years of ERP Financials solutions and 3+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations/support
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and/or Expenses
• Professional/technical experience with Oracle SaaS Applications at a functional and technical level
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Location: This is a remote position with initial travel of up to 50% for the first 6 months to client sites and ongoing travel of 25%. Work visa/sponsorship is not available for this position.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $46.30 to $95.91 per hour; from: $96,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
