Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility
A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Project Manager to lead their growing team. If you're a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.
What Youll Do- Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi?family, residential, mixed?use and commercial projects.
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.
- Work with a nationally ranked, established engineering firm ENRs TOP 500 design firm.
- Holder of multiple award?winning projects, including TX?APWA Project of the Year and ASCE Award of Merit.
- Flexible scheduling, 9 paid holidays (including 3 floating), generous vacation, and unlimited sick leave.
- Local presence with national impact; actively engaged with communities and local partners.
- Competitive salary north of $150k as a base with stock ownership.
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E. in NC.
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential, master?planned, mixed?use).
- 1?2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred.
- Experience with municipal and county project coordination is preferred.
