DX helps companies build world-class engineering organizations by providing leaders with insights into developer experience and productivity. Were headquartered in downtown Salt Lake City with customers like Indeed, Etsy, Dropbox, Twilio, Pfizer, and Vanguard.
We are looking for a full stack product managersimilar to companies like Airbnb and Applewho can assume both the inbound product development responsibilities of product management, as well as the outbound marketing responsibilities of product marketing. This means helping lead the full product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs to defining product messaging to launching to customers through articles, help docs, and announcements.
This role reports directly to the Co-Founder and CEO of the company, who is the head of product. This role requires working onsite from our Salt Lake City office at least three days per week. The compensation range for this role is $120,000 $190,000 base salary, plus additional equity compensation.
Responsibilities:- Build deep expertise through user research and an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Triage customer feature requests and maintain roadmaps.
- Synthesize feedback and translate it into product features.
- Lead product release notes, help docs, and feature announcements.
- Develop and write public facing messaging and narratives.
- Lead cross-functional groups to deliver on the teams mission.
- Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- 5+ years of product marketing and product management experience.
- Prior experience as a co-founder of a startup.
- Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media.
- Be able to build compelling customer-focused stories and work with marketing and communications partners to bring them to life.
- Demonstrated track record of product leadership in a cross functional environment.
- Demonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise.
- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality and leading teams through a dynamic environment.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products that drive substantial revenue.
- Excited to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys doing individual contributor product management work and staying in the details.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $120,000 $190,000 and meaningful equity in a high-growth, profitable company.
