Summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager in the Orange County area for a Design Build project. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. This role involves directing activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and adherence to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Ten or more years of commercial construction experience in project management
  • Design Build Experience for commercial construction projects
  • Five or more years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management
  • Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.)
  • Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports
  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction applications

Preferred Requirements

  • Design Build Experience, DBIA certification
  • Local qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Experience with large, ground-up projects is highly desirable

The base compensation range for this Project Manager role in Orange County, CA, is $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
