The OpportunityDAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Product Manager to lead the transformation of our Salesforce?based Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support processes. This role is responsible for optimizing the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation to opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and post?sale support. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Support teams to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and eliminate operational friction. This role also owns the redesign of our Product Catalog and Price Book structurecreating a unified system that supports scalable pricing, bundling, and cross?sell motions across DAT, Trucker Tools, Outgo, and Convoy. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role that sits at the center of revenue operations and will play a key part in integrating our acquired brands into a unified go?to?market platform.
What Youll DoSalesforce Sales Process Optimization
- Redesign and optimize Salesforce workflows for lead generation, lead routing, opportunity management, quoting, and contracting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to reduce manual steps, improve conversion rates, and enable automation.
- Ensure sales processes scale to support all business units, including DAT, Trucker Tools, Outgo, and Convoy.
- Lead the redesign of DATs Product Catalog and consolidate price books across business units.
- Standardize product structures, attributes, bundling logic, and discounting rules to support scalable quoting and cross?sell motions.
- Partner with Finance and Engineering to ensure accuracy and auditability.
- Improve Service Cloud case management: routing, escalation, SLAs, entitlements, and automation.
- Enhance customer and agent experience, including AI?assisted workflows where applicable.
- Support integration of acquired brands support systems into DAT.
- Define and lead Salesforce integration strategy across acquired platforms for sales, lead management, and customer support.
The Skills and Experience Youll Bring
- 5+ years in Product Management or RevOps/Product Operations working with Salesforce.
- Proven experience improving sales processes (lead ? quote ? contract) or customer support processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Product Catalog or Price Book architecture is a strong plus.
- Experience in post?merger integration (preferred but not required).
- Core Product Management Skilled in defining vision, writing PRDs/JIRA user stories, running discovery, and managing backlogs.
- OKRs & Outcome Orientation Experience setting measurable objectives and aligning teams around business outcomes.
- Product Analytics & Insights Ability to define success metrics, analyze usage/conversion data, build dashboards, and make data?driven decisions.
- Agile Delivery Strong experience with agile development, sprint planning, refinement, and iterative delivery.
- Prioritization & Roadmapping Skilled at sequencing cross?functional projects, evaluating trade?offs, and focusing on impact.
- Salesforce Business Process Expertise Deep understanding of lead, opportunity, quote, contract, and case workflows.
- Communication & Stakeholder Alignment Clearly translates business needs into technical requirements and presents to leadership.
- Leadership Without Authority Influences Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Support, and Engineering teams to execute shared goals.
- You will contribute to defining how DAT sells, prices, supports, and scales its products across multiple brands.
- You will help integrate multiple brands into a unified GTM and support platform.
- Your work directly impacts revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,000.00 - $162,000.00 + target bonus. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
