Customer Service Representative

Master Maintenance National, a Servis Group Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team These responsibilities include managing a high call volume, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to vendors, responding to customer inquiries, escalating customer issues, and following up with customers to ensure resolutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to utilize Service Channel to schedule appointments
- Follow up on past due invoices/accounts receivable
- Monitor email and respond in a time efficient manner
- Data entry
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Follow up to ensure any concerns are resolved
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check
