Supply Chain and Logistics Management Trainee Warehouse

Program Overview

As a Logistics Trainee you will:

  • Develop skills in selection, loading/unloading, cross?docking, and customer service operations.
  • Plan work assignments to maximise warehouse equipment utilisation.
  • Lead a small group of hourly associates after graduation from the program.
  • Motivate, train, and ensure associates understand how their work meets customer objectives.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety and operational procedures.
  • Use Kaizen methodology and implement lean processes.
  • Analyse basic principles of inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping.

Eligibility

- Undergraduate degree required.
- Proven leadership experience in school, community, or military.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. visa sponsorship unavailable.

Program Details

- Duration 9?12 months.
- Commences on the first of the month.
- Relocation possible after completion of the program.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25.00 per hour (~$55,000 annually including overtime).
- Benefits: Paid time off from Day?1; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance effective 1?st of the month; 401(k) eligible after 90 days; Associate Referral Program; various discount programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree (Business, Supply Chain, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred).
- Leadership experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate technology platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.
- High commitment, reliability, and attendance.
- Effective time?management and organisational skills.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs (12?kg).
- Use of vision for reading, communication, and complying with instructions.
