CoCREATE Solutions is partnering with a valued client to hire an Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) / Sales Cloud Developer. This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of customer data solutions across the enterprise.

What Were Seeking

Were looking for someone who can design and enhance Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud functionality. You should be able to configure deduplication and survivorship rules, support match/merge processes, and build integrations with other enterprise systems. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, supporting data migration efforts, and partnering with business teams to ensure accurate and consistent customer data.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands?on experience with Oracle CDM and Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Strong skills in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, and Application Composer
  • Solid understanding of customer data models, MDM practices, deduplication, and CRM data flows
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams
  • Bonus: Oracle Cloud certifications, Agile/Scrum experience, or data migration experience (FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI)
