Private Wealth Client Service Associate

Root Financial is seeking a highly experienced, detail?oriented, service?driven Private Wealth Client Service Associate to join our Private Wealth team.

This role is dedicated to delivering white?glove service to clients with $20 million or more in assets, supporting advisors, and ensuring every interaction is handled with precision, discretion, and care.

As a Private Wealth Client Service Associate, you will open and fund accounts, process transfers and ACATs, execute wire requests, and manage complex account operations. A strong understanding of how accounts function, coupled with the ability to anticipate and creatively meet client needs, is essential. You will be expected to go above and beyond, solving unique challenges, providing proactive support, and consistently exceeding client expectations. This position is intended as a long?term role. Private Wealth team members are expected to make a minimum three?year commitment to this position to build deep expertise, ensure continuity for our clients and contribute meaningfully to the Private Wealth teams long?term success.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support Root Financials Private Wealth team and their clients.
  • Open and fund accounts, process ACATs and transfers, and handle client wire requests.
  • Deliver high?touch, white?glove service, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage Schwab accounts with expertise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
  • Support advisors and colleagues with high?level operational tasks while maintaining discretion.
  • Execute approved client?facing tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Think creatively to solve unique client challenges and provide personalized solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant high?net?worth client service experience.
  • Active series 65 license in good standing, with continuing education requirements up to date.
  • Knowledge and experience with alternative investments and other complex investment solutions administration.
  • Extensive Schwab platform knowledge is required; HubSpot experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem?solving skills and the ability to anticipate and creatively address client needs.
