Architect II Project Manager Healthcare ST

A skilled and proactive Architect Project Manager with Architect II + level experience to lead projects within our Science and Technology and Healthcare studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands?on environment, understands the technical nuances of architecture, appreciates design, and is passionate about guiding teams and projects to success.
What Were Looking ForA technically competent, organized, and engaged leader who can manage large and multiple small to medium?sized tenant improvement projects often concurrently. This person should be comfortable jumping into the documents, leading meetings with clarity, and providing direction to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple S+T and healthcare projects.
- Provide clear direction and mentorship to design and technical staff.
- Actively participate in project documentation and technical development.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Facilitate client meetings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Generate space plans and initiate project work when staffing is limited.
- Ensure projects stay financially on track and aligned with client goals.
- This individual will take full ownership of workplace projects and may serve as an Assistant PM on large?scale high?profile projects (e.g., Amazon).
- Arch 2+ level experience
- Strong technical background and ability to contribute to project documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with tenant improvement projects.
- Familiarity with Revit and other design tools.
- Workplace experience is a positive.

Compensation$95,000-$130,000 per year
