Maintenance Technician - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01213

Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Canton, Ohio area manufacturer is hiring an industrial machinery Maintenance Technician experienced with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

REQUIREMENTS

High School Graduate, Associate Degree or trade school graduate is a plus

Must be willing to work a schedule of 4 twelve hour days

Experienced with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting machinery

Familiar with VFD (variable-frequency drive) that controls the speed and torque of an AC motor by varying the frequency of the input electricity

Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and automation equipment.

Perform regular maintenance and updates on low voltage electrical systems

Work within safety standards and minimal downtime in the facility

PLC, HMI, SCADA systems experience is a plus

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents

Proficient threading pipe, pulling wires, rebuilding pumps, and other light maintenance work

Monitor machine performance, perform general maintenance / upkeep

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
