Assembly Technician 2

Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician where you will support complex production and warehouse tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support complex production and warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, assembly, and inventory control.
- Train and mentor team members on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure product accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Operate and maintain warehouse systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting.
- Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve material or workflow issues.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices and assist with cycle counts and audits. Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of La Vergne, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
