Project Manager - Luxury Retail Projects

Lead and manage luxury retail construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement and contracts for materials and services. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail Projects should have:

  • A strong background in construction project management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional quality.
