Principal Product Manager

The Oracle Health Order Management product team is dedicated to transforming order management through the Oracle Health EHR, which is a core driver in healthcare delivery, to create seamless, intuitive workflows for clinicians. Through a suite of tightly integrated and thoughtfully designed features, we empower clinicians to deliver safer, more efficient, and more personalized care across diverse healthcare environments. Our mission is to reimagine the end-to-end user experience for clinical order entry in the EHR by harnessing the latest in interaction design, usability, and workflow simplification, while strategically leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and anticipate the evolving needs of providers. We are seeking a passionate Principal Product Manager to champion the reimagining of product design, user interfaces and experiences in EHR order management. By creating modern, user-centric solutions and thoughtfully incorporating intelligent automation, you will drive superior clinician adoption and satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (including engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, and product marketing), as well as key clinical stakeholders, to define and deliver a roadmap of industry-leading, scalable product features. Your efforts will directly shape Oracle's next-generation portfolio while transforming both provider and patient experiences across the healthcare ecosystem. Your leadership and vision will set new standards in user-centered design and workflow excellence for order management.

Your Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics
• 3+ years of proven track record in delivering successful software products for healthcare software solutions, electronic health records (EHR), or similar regulated products.
• Familiarity with order entry, medication management, medication reconciliation, ePrescribe, and order fulfillment processes in both acute and ambulatory care settings
• Experience working with or within EHR systems (ex. Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech)
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML-enabled decision support, and healthcare interoperability standards (ex. NCPDP, HL7, FHIR)
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to medication management and healthcare IT
• Experience with Go-to-Market strategy and product lifecycle management shown in successful product developments from concept formation through delivery

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
