Description

Your Role:

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving the Master Production schedule by interfacing with operations and shared service functions. The position will also provide support with other planning activities including expansion planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Management and Operations functions to develop the Master Schedule based on customer forecasts and capacity models.
  • Maintain the Master Schedule and communicate changes as appropriate.
  • Work with MSAT and Operations departments to develop and improve capacity models.
  • Communicate Master Schedule on a frequent basis to Management and stakeholders for visibility.
  • Develop and maintain scheduling tools for other operations departments based on the Master Schedule.
  • Present Master Schedule as part of Monthly S&OP reviews.
  • Develop site expansion plan based on capacity models and forecasts.
  • Act as the Business Process Subject Matter Expert for production scheduling and planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and a minimum 5 years' related experience.
  • Must have experience with databases and/or scheduling systems.
  • Prefer familiarity with GMP regulations and Quality systems.
  • Experience in a life science or biotech environment highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various departments.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $88,100 - $103,650/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
