What You'll Do- Assemble and debug prototype drive unit assemblies
- Make and modify parts as necessary to support test rigs and prototypes
- Test prototypes
- Assess and document test results
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, ability to take things apart and back together without instructions
- Detail?oriented with solid documentation and reporting skills, including Microsoft Office and computer software literacy
- Metal?working and fabrication skills, knowledge of hand and power tools, pneumatic equipment
- Machine shop experience with basic shop tools and machines (manual mill, engine lathe, drill press, bandsaw, belt sanders, hand tools, etc.)
- Equivalent trade?school or college courses pertaining to CNC and milling operations
- Knowledge of electrical hazards and precautionary measures around high?voltage equipment and spinning machinery
- Ability to use basic electrical tools: digital multimeter, meg?ohm tester, thermocouple meters
- Basic wiring knowledge, ability to connect sensors, power supplies, and data acquisition to test platforms
- Interest in electric motors and gear trains

Expected Compensation
$24.40 $50.40 per hour + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay may vary with location and individual factors.
