An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking Business Security Systems Analyst to join their team. This team is responsible for the Identity access management systems and requirements for the enterprise organization. The Business Security Systems Analyst will work as a liaison between business stakeholders as well as technical resources to ensure successful communication through the SDLC lifecycle as it relates to the IAM and security tools. On a daily basis, this person will be acting as a subject matter expert on platforms such as Sailpoint and Active Directory to provide technical communication, tracking and completion of tickets, documentation of workflows and procedures, troubleshoot and support of access-related issues, as well as provide testing and collaboration with technical leaders to drive secure access workflows. The salary will range between $110,000-$120,000.

Programming and querying experience with SQL or other languages

Experience with general security concepts
5 - 7 years Business analyst, project coordination, or similar role

Experience supporting a technical team through project execution and completion including understanding of SDLC and deployment

Experience with business process analysis and workflow documentation

Basic understanding of SQL

Experience with IAM management tools such as Sailpoint and Active Directory
