We are seeking a National Accounts Project Manager to lead and execute complex, large-scale national client projects involving new construction, SaaS platform deployment, physical hardware installation, and ongoing service delivery. In this role, you would play a central part in ensuring that job sites are ready, installations are coordinated and executed properly, and takeovers are seamless. You would be supported by a team of project managers and assistant project managers, some under your direct management and others through informal leadership, while maintaining personal accountability for the successful delivery of high-visibility, high-impact projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of field operations, technical systems, and cross-functional project leadership, and who understands that national account delivery demands excellence at every level.

In addition to a great work environment, we provide excellent benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Tuition/Training Assistance, BrightHorizons Lifestyle Assistance, Wellness Program, Paid Time Off & Holidays, etc.) and we are proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work with awards for being a Top Work Place with Top DE&I Practices For more information, please visit Kastle Careers.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

  • Own full-lifecycle project delivery across construction, installation, SaaS configuration, and service handoff for complex national accounts.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Engineering) and external stakeholders (clients, GCs, subcontractors).
  • Provide direct and indirect leadership and operational oversight to assigned project managers and assistant project managers, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution support.

Site Readiness & Field Execution

  • Conduct and oversee site readiness checks during the construction phase to confirm installation prerequisites (e.g., power, cabling, internet, floor plans, delivery staging).
  • Regularly travel to project sites to validate conditions, support field teams, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate contractor and technician activity.
  • Ensure installation teams are enabled with the right equipment, documentation, drawings, and guidance to execute flawlessly.

Account Takeovers & Transitions

  • Lead project workstreams related to account takeovers, coordinating field teams, systems changes, and client expectations during the transition.
  • Ensure proper documentation, technical handoffs, and quality checks are completed prior to operational handover.

Technical & Operational Problem Solving

  • Partner with engineers, IT, and field leaders to support the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of integrated solutions (hardware, SaaS, network connectivity).
  • Resolve technical blockers, coordinate field escalations, and ensure systems are functioning as intended at go-live.

Standardization & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development of scalable project templates, checklists, and site readiness protocols that elevate execution quality across the organization.
  • Act as a center of excellence for national account delivery, modeling the behaviors and practices expected from project teams company-wide.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management or field operations with a strong focus on construction environments, technology installations, and/or enterprise client delivery.
  • Experience with complex deployments involving SaaS platforms and physical hardware (e.g., access control, video monitoring, IoT, security systems).
  • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, often with matrixed reporting structures and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to lead project teams (including project managers and assistants) with clarity, structure, and urgency.
  • Hands-on knowledge of construction sequencing, job site coordination, and technical deployment requirements.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and issue resolution skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and field collaboration platforms.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
