Nurse Residency Program:
Participation is required for all baccalaureate new graduate nurses. This one-year program is designed to promote professional practice through specific clinical and educational activities. As a member of the nursing staff on the assigned unit, you are provided with additional clinical support and mentoring relationships to help you develop your abilities and confidence as a professional nurse. Special educational activities are scheduled throughout the year including seminar days, clinical observation experiences and clinically specific education programs.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $118,334.77 $145,606.50 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
