DOL Services Specialist

The Georgia Department of Labor is currently seeking qualified applicants to be considered for a DOL Services Specialist position in the Cobb/Cherokee Career Center in Marietta, GA. Essential functions and responsibilities include conducting interviews, reviewing and processing unemployment insurance claims, answering customer inquiries, and assisting customers in creating ID.me accounts and Employ Georgia registrations. Bilingual applicants in Spanish/English are encouraged to apply The Georgia Department of Labor offers a generous benefits package, including semi-monthly pay, 13 paid holidays, insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefits. High school diploma/GED and two years of job-related experience are required.
