These positions include Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers. We seek motivated candidates with 15+ years of engineering/project management experience, who have a willingness and desire to work in a team environment, and supervise project design teams. Our multi-discipline design team approach will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to pursue a path, focused on technical management and/or project management, which aligns with their strengths and interest./ppWe currently have a wealth of interesting projects, and these positions provide excellent opportunities for fast-track career growth. Our office has excellent opportunities to provide leadership and management on these assignments./ph2Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors degree in civil engineering (BSCE)/liliNJ PE License/liliSupervise/manage transportation and civil related projects, including providing technical oversight to engineering staff./liliUnderstanding of tasks required in the preparation of roadway/highway designs and plan development from conceptual design thru final contract documents./liliFamiliarity with TAP and SRTS projects through NJDOT Local Aid a Plus./liliClient interaction and community involvement./liliCollaborate with multidiscipline design engineers and technicians./liliParticipation in NJ office senior staff meetings, collaboration, and contribution to overall office performance./liliProject management skills pertaining to project budgets and schedules, and adherence to a projects scope of work.
