As Senior Compliance Manager, you will focus on designing, delivering, and overseeing our mandatory compliance training programs globally while managing key compliance projects from inception through post-implementation review.
Lead the annual essential learning curriculum, ensuring all regulatory-required compliance training is identified, developed, and deployed across all regions.
Map and interpret global regulatory requirements; partner with local counsels and works councils to secure necessary approvals.
Define assignment parameters in the learning management system, monitor global completion rates, drive follow-up actions, and report to senior leadership.
Develop and implement detailed communication plans with internal communications teams to improve training awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with learning & development teams and external vendors to design, customize, or procure training content on diverse compliance topics.
Plan, implement, and finalize compliance projectsfrom technology implementations to global training roll-outs.
Act as a liaison with global collaborators (legal, HR, operations, IT) to align project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
Facilitate post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
Draft, review, and maintain up-to-date global and local policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DOJ Corporate Enforcement Policy requirements and other key international regulatory frameworks.
Assist the Director, Global Policy Management compliance initiatives, as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Learning & Development, or a related field; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
8+ years of experience in compliance, learning & development, or project management within a multinational environment.
Strong problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills to identify, address, and resolve risk issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work autonomously to drive initiatives to completion.
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, with a track record of analyzing root causes and implementing solutions with senior collaborators.
Driven to take action and achieve results, possessing strong planning skills, resilience, attention to detail, and a flexible, collaborative approach.
Exceptional oral and written communication proficiency, demonstrating the capacity to communicate complex ideas clearly, question business management, and intensify matters if required.
Strong working knowledge of compliance regulations, including DOJ requirements and other key international requirements.
Training: Proven track record managing global compliance training programs and vendor partnerships.
Delivery of end-to-end training initiatives, from needs analysis and content development through launch and evaluation.
Demonstrated skill in applying evidence-based learning practices (e.g., spaced repetition, microlearning, pilot testing) and using data analytics to improve training schedules and completion rates.
Deep familiarity with learning management systems, including e-learning standards (SCORM), configuration, assignment parameter settings, completion tracking, and analytics reporting.
Project Management: Project management expertise; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Expertise leading cross-functional projects and technology implementations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Strong capability to lead, influence, and engage diverse collaborators at all levels of the organization, translating intricate information into actionable insights and management reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Juris Doctor or Master's degree or equivalent experience, or advanced certification in compliance, project management, or learning & development.
PMP or other project management certification.
Experience collaborating with works councils or labor unions on compliance initiatives.
Experience drafting Ethics and Compliance policies for a global audience.
Experience developing and delivering global communication plans to boost program awareness, completion rates, and compliance.
Fluency in additional languages to support localized training delivery.
Understanding of learning theory, learning science, or instructional design methodologies.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Compliance, Sr Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Compliance, Sr Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
