Are you a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with a background in Orthopedic Surgery? A medical facility is seeking coverage for both day and night shifts to support its busy team. You will be working closely with trauma and orthopedic surgeons, providing essential care across various departments, including the OR and ED.

- Schedule: Day shifts of 8-12 hours with after-hours calls

Job Responsibilities
- Round on patients and assist in the operating room
- Respond to emergency department pages
- Perform suturing and fracture reductions independently

Qualifications
- Experience in orthopedics and trauma settings
- Familiarity with responding independently before engaging with surgeons for backup
- Ability to assist in the OR as required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required

Working Hours
- Flexible 8-12 hour day shifts and night coverage as scheduled
- After-hours calls with potential call-back

Skills
- Proficient in suturing and fracture management
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork in fast-paced environments
