We are seeking a passionate Principal Product Manager to champion the reimagining of product design, user interfaces and experiences in EHR order management. By creating modern, user-centric solutions and thoughtfully incorporating intelligent automation, you will drive superior clinician adoption and satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (including engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, and product marketing), as well as key clinical stakeholders, to define and deliver a roadmap of industry-leading, scalable product features. Your efforts will directly shape Oracles next-generation portfolio while transforming both provider and patient experiences across the healthcare ecosystem. Your leadership and vision will set new standards in user-centered design and workflow excellence for order management./ppYour Qualifications/pulli7+ years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics/lili3+ years of proven track record in delivering successful software products for healthcare software solutions, electronic health records (EHR), or similar regulated products./liliFamiliarity with order entry, medication management, medication reconciliation, ePrescribe, and order fulfillment processes in both acute and ambulatory care settings/liliExperience working with or within EHR systems (ex. Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech)/liliFamiliarity with data analytics, AI/ML-enabled decision support, and healthcare interoperability standards (ex. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
